Guest Curator and Visiting Professor at the Otter Gallery, University of Chichester, Dr Gill Clarke will utilise paintings, posters and photographs to explore women’s work on the Home Front during World War One. Attention will be directed in particular to the involvement of women in organisations such as the Women’s Land Army, together with those who worked in Munitions to show the important role that women played in the battle for production.
