Come and learn the timeless skills of Royal Icing in this relaxed workshop with award-winning cake artist Jacqui Kelly and create your very own Christmas Gingerbread House to eat or keep. Learn how to make your own icing bags, how to mix the perfect Royal Icing and how to create exquisite patterns and borders. Everything will be provided, but please bring an apron and a 6'' box to take your piece home in. A recipe sheet with hints and tips will be provided along with a practice board.
