From 11.30am – 4.30pm in the courtyard. After dropping in to make an Animal Mask at our free workshop or helping tell the story of Joey the War Horse in our interactive storytelling session, join us in the courtyard to meet a horse from Merrist Wood College.
You can feed him a carrot while seeing if you can learn the ‘points of the horse’. See how big he his compared to Joey the War Horse in the Main Gallery and see the difference between the military saddle and bridle in the exhibition that would have been used in the First World War and the modern version.
