In these mellow yoga workshops experienced yoga teacher Ruth McNeil will lead the group through the practice of mindful movement, soothing restorative yoga and pranayama (the movement of energy with breath). The workshop will culminate in blissful guided savasana / relaxation. These workshops are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Yoga is practiced barefoot.
