Join us for a celebration of mass-produced urban culture and its influence on Pop Art, textiles and fashion. Jonathan Howells, designer and video artist, will lead the conversation with artists John Dove and Molly White. Looking back at the V&A’s seminal 1974 exhibition, ‘The Fabric of Pop’, this talk will explore the influence of Pop Art on fashion and textile design in the 1960s. The talk will feature stills from the period and 60s sounds and video, created by video artist Jonathan Howells.
