Join Michael Bird (author and broadcaster), as he discusses his book, The St Ives Artists: A biography of Place and Time. This best-selling account of the artists and activities that made the small coastal town of St Ives a post-war hub of international modernism was republished by Lund Humphries in 2016.
Michael is also Guest Curator of ‘In their own words: Artists’ Voices from The Ingram Collection’ on display in the Main Gallery from 20 May – 30 July 2017.
Advance booking required. Talks last for approximately 45 minutes with a short time for questions. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the evening talks. Wine and juice are available to purchase at evening talks.
