Carol Hardyman's tactile book 'Fred and the Canal' is now available in Woking's Story for all to enjoy.
Education Volunteers Carol Hardyman and Jan Rubin, photographed here with their tactile books for visually impaired children, that were made as part of the Surrey Heritage Tactile Book Competition 2009. Carol’s book ‘Fred and the Canal’ will be available in Woking’s Story for visitors to read and Jan’s book will be sent to the Clearvision Lending Library for Tactile Books for children all over the country to enjoy.
