At The Lightbox we know how important it is for young children to learn through a range of experiences; sensory, exploratory and playful. Everything is new to us when we are in the early years of life and so by participating and interacting with others we can learn through play.

We believe that giving children the opportunity to learn at The Lightbox from a very early age improves their learning abilities and social skills and so that is why we have devised a session just for them.

Storytelling

Join us for an interactive storytelling session and read a story of your choice using all the senses. We will then make puppets to recreate the story through role play.

• We’re going on a Bear Hunt
• The Tiger who came to Tea.

Group size: up to 30 children max per visit.

Session duration: 1 hour

Cost: £120 +VAT

Advance booking is essential for all school groups, including self-guided tours. Visiting groups who wish to have Lightbox led activity sessions must book at least two months in advance of their visit. In order to ensure an enjoyable visit, there is a maximum class size of 30 children per activity session.
