Immerse yourself in the delightful and colourful world of children's book illustration featuring over 100 works from the 19th Century to the present day.
Find out where our favourite illustrators draw their inspiration from, how authors and illustrators work together to create their famous characters and which mediums they like to use.
From 16 November the exhibition will include a special Christmas section featuring amongst others, The Snowman, Father Christmas and characters from The Nutcracker.

Showcasing the work of a wide range of talent from the very established illustrators to those who are up and coming. This exhibition features a treasure trove of original artwork and illustrations, including David McKee's Elmer the Patchwork Elephant, Lauren Child's Charlie and Lola, and Rupert the Bear.
