Unless you have indicated otherwise, we will only retain your personal details to communicate with you about the transaction you have completed.
If an event is cancelled, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Should an event need to be rescheduled, we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. If you can’t make the new date, please get in touch with us, and we will arrange a refund.
If you decide you no longer wish to attend an event, we will only issue a refund if the request is made 14 days or more ahead of the scheduled event date.
