"The river knows everything. You can learn everything from it." This collage theatre show will take you on a journey along the river, across inner landscapes of a doubtful soul, through images and stories.

Siddhartha's Journey is inspired by the novel Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. It uses object animation, shadow theatre and paper collage to explore Siddhartha's search for a deeper knowledge of the human self and the world around him. It is an old story of human thirst for inner peace, which seems to be more relevant than ever, these days.

This multi-sensory performance is a playful and light response to the philosophical book and invites adult and family audiences to be imaginative and immerse themselves in the story. It is part show, part installation where the audience can also make their own collages inspired by extracts from the book if they choose to.
