Event Refunds

• You have 14 calendar days before the date of the event or exhibition visit to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
• We will not give refunds for an event or exhibition if cancelled within this 14 day time period unless we cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.
• To request a refund please contact The Lightbox booking line by phoning 01483 737837 or speak to Reception at The Lightbox.
• This will not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Shop Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item purchased from The Lightbox Shop.
• To be eligible for a full refund, please return the item with proof of purchase and we will refund or exchange it. This excludes earrings for hygiene reasons.
• You will then receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.
• To request a refund please speak to Reception at The Lightbox.
• This will not affect your statutory rights.
