A group visit to The Lightbox includes a tour of your choice, the option of refreshments on arrival and a selection of delicious lunch packages to be enjoyed in our canal-side café. Time can also be built in to explore the range of exhibitions on show. Complete your visit by browsing for that special gift or souvenir in our wonderful gift shop which stocks a range of unique gifts, including handmade jewellery, glass and ceramics by local designer-makers.
Our canal-side café offers a range of refreshments; we can arrange drinks on arrival, lunches and afternoon teas. In the summer, if the weather permits, you can even opt to dine alfresco in our beautiful courtyard. Dining packages can be selected in advance to ensure things run smoothly on the day.

All areas of the building including the galleries, café and gift shop are fully accessible. The Lightbox has disabled parking at the rear of the building that can be reserved for blue badge holders. Parking is also available for minibuses. There is a nearby drop-off point and parking available for coaches. The nearest public car park is Victoria Way which is opposite The Lightbox.
