We hire our meeting rooms by half-day or full-day and offer - registered charity rates on request. Our cafe makes for a perfect breakout lunch space or catering can be served in the room depending on your preference.
The Lightbox meeting rooms are within walking distance of Woking Town Centre, with excellent access from Woking train station and major roads. There are several large car parks less than 5 minute walk from the gallery.
