Visitor Behaviour Policy

At Lightbox Gallery and Museum, we want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and able to enjoy their visit.

• We ask all visitors to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow visitors with kindness, courtesy, and respect at all times.
• We do not tolerate behaviour that may make others feel uncomfortable, intimidated, or unsafe. This includes verbal or physical abuse, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behaviour online.
• If any of these behaviours occur, staff will respond promptly and appropriately, with the wellbeing and safety of those affected as our priority.
• We take all concerns seriously. Visitors who behave inappropriately may be asked to leave and, where necessary, may not be permitted to return.
• Where an incident may constitute a criminal offence, it will be reported to the police.
