We’re bringing the ocean to the studio! Beginners are welcome! Dive into a world of colour and creativity. Join Georgina from The Fauve Palette for an immersive, tactile hands-on Art workshop that brings the vibrant energy of the art world to life.
Create Your Own Sea Mobile or Puppet
Your undersea adventure begins with a 30-minute tour of Philip Colbert: The Lost Gardens of Lobsteropolis. We’ll explore his bold, imaginative world, looking at how he uses striking colours and playful shapes to tell stories. Inspired by this creative spark, we will head to the studio to craft our own marine masterpieces.
Using an array of cardboard, recycled materials, and tactile collage techniques, you will construct your very own sea-themed mobile or puppet. Whether you want to create a neon-bright fish, a quirky crab, or a fantastical deep-sea creature, this session is all about letting your imagination swim wild.
Please bring a bag to take your creation home.
If your child is 10 or under, an adult will need to stay for the session. Unfortunately younger children will not be able to stay. Accompanying adults attend free (max 2 adults per booking)
