With Christmas just around the corner, we are excited to announce that our annual Lightbox Craft Fair is back on 27 & 28 November!

This year we've got more artists, designers, and makers than ever, filling The Lightbox with handmade jewellery, fashion, homewares, accessories, art, design, and much more. You can stuff yourself with seasonal treats from Cannon Cafe including mince pies and mulled wine, and enjoy all of this to the soundtrack of live Christmas caroling including music from Maybury School and WAOS.

Here's a sneak peek of what you can find at our Lightbox Craft Fair:

1. Marcie Illustration

Marcie is a freelance illustrator and small online shop owner based in Chobham, Surrey. She loves dreaming up small worlds and characters inspired by her love for folklore and magic. Her illustrations aspire to bring a sense of calm, cosiness, and escapism through the eyes of tiny creatures and thoughtful colours.

During her studies at Kingston School of Art, Marcie decided to create a small corner on the internet by opening a shop and several social media platforms, to share her characters and illustrations. Specialising in creating illustrated stationery, picture books, and gifts MarcieIllustration has become a successful platform and source for her current freelance work post-graduation.

2. Fieldside Wreaths

Fieldside Wreaths, based in Woking is run by floral artist, Dajana. Graduating as a sculptural artist, Di now works with many different mediums and takes the knowledge she has learnt and uses it to create intricate, sustainable, seasonal wreaths and flower displays that can last up to a year. Working with dried flowers, taking into consideration the colours, textures, and smells of each flower. Each creation is handmade using totally recyclable and sustainable materials.

3. Jenny Lock



Jenny Lock is an artist specialising in intricate paper-craft and prints. Jenny's work is made from damaged books, many of them vintage (the early 1900s) giving them a new lease of life rather than being thrown away. Jenny creates delicate folded paper objects and decorations, prints and illustration's mounted and ready to be framed. Jenny's passion for paper-craft started in 2019, lockdown gave her plenty of time to develop her skills.

4. Dot Young



Dot Young is a sculptor who creates intricate and unique hand sculpted and individually cast bas relief tiles. The work focuses on, and celebrates, the complexity of botanical and oceanic forms and structures, often referencing 19th Century naturalist illustration.  

She has a passion for traditional sculpting techniques and incorporating historical narratives in her work. 

5. Fire Fairy Art



Emily Watkins AKA Fire Fairy Art specialises in welded steel sculpture inspired by fantasy and nature.
